Zelda Rose was my first guinea pig for the studio.  I can even play with angles a little better.

I made a small community lot to take all of my headshots at.  It took a few cheaty stuff to get the pose boxes in there, but I got it.  This is Jobo and Rydia’s trip there.  I may end up fixing the backdrop for each family, but it serves its purpose and leaves me with room on home lots.

I envision Malin as that chick that if you breathe on her the wrong way, she’ll roundhouse kick your ass half across Sunset Valley.  I used a bit more CC on her than I did on my last one.  I think I tracked them all down barring the piercing.  I have no idea where that came from, I’m sorry D:

I use a lot of sliders.  While Malin isn’t SUPER slider heavy, she might be messed up if you don’t have the sliders I use.  To save you the insanity of finding them, here is my sliders folder.

This is Kain and Jane’s home once they get out of college.  I wanted to try something new, and one of the things I love are sunroofs.  vimpse is the queen of observatories (lol) and I thought I would give it a try.  I may have overdone it, since it’s actually part of a sun porch AND the master bedroom.

Anyways, the house is 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a study/den/sun porch (which is what that area made of glass is), and, since he was the only LaRose who did tend to the family garden (Rydia helped somewhat, Rinoa was a fisher and the triplets…well…yeah, they just did their own thing) a greenhouse.  The outdoors are the BANE OF MY EXISTENCE. I usually just put a few trees around and call it a day.  I actually fixed it up to some degree.

With that being said, this even looks better than the family home that I’m putting Rydia and Jobo in.  I need to fix that.

Liz: You’re getting sleeeepy!

Lombardo: No I’m not, but…WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!

I haven’t really talked about the dormies that Lombardo was set up with but this is Liz Tarry and apparently dormies can become a random occult if you have the Supernatural EP.  There’s her, a (day-loving) vampire in my game, and there’s Derek Khan, who is a fairy in my game (he’s the guy who passed out in the puddle of pee and danced with a bowl).

Liz has a certain charm about her, and she gets brownie points for having purple hair.  So I gave her new hair that better suits her (her round face makes it kinda hard to give her any hairstyle that isn’t short).  But yeah.

Seriously guys? There are 8 of you in this dorm.  The only one who is willing to clean up, repair shit, and take care of random familiar cats is Lombardo.  Pretty sure those coffee cups have been there a full Sim week.

I fell out of the portal and looked up.  I found a not-too-pleased Cleo looking down.

"So what was this about leaving the time portal alone?"

"You have room to talk! You’re the one who opened it!"

"Yeah, but I didn’t have the gall to actually go in it!”

I sighed.  She had a point…again. “Well, if it makes you feel any better, I found some interesting stuff out.”

"Oh?"

"We have a huge family in the future.  Kind of snotty though."

"Well, that’s nice, but, what about our family in the present?"

"Cleo, what are you getting at?"

"I”m pregnant!"

I felt my heart flutter.  Never mind meeting family who don’t care! This is what I’ve wanted!

A few months have passed, and Cleo is getting bigger.  She constantly ate.  Her food of choice was watermelons.  Lots of watermelons.  She had the odd spaghetti and ice cream craving too.  

One day, I was just bored and was playing with the mirror.  Then I hear Cleo screaming from the den.

"SHIN! IT’S TIME!"

I went from excited to nervous.  What if I do horrible as a dad? I didn’t have much time to think as Cleo was already out the door!

It was all worth it.  Every second.  As Cleo held our baby girl in her arms, I was filled with joy.  Welcome home, Maya.

After running into Emit, I went off to find these “descendants”.  How am I supposed to find 8 of them? How am I supposed to not screw anything up to accidentally kill them off? 

I eventually ran into a young lady who had the fiery hair like Cleo.  Maybe she knows something.

"Uhhh…hi.  I’m looking for the Bard family."

"Oh? Why are you looking for them?"

"Well, my name is Shinryu.  I’m, uh…this is gonna sound odd, but I’m from the past.  I’m looking for family members of mine.  Just to meet and greet."

Her face lit up.

"Oh my Goddess! You’re our…great…great…times infinity great ancestor!"

"Oh, so you know them?"

"Hell yeah, I’m Vanessa! I’m one of those family members you’re looking for!"

She looked at me a bit strangely.

"But you don’t seem to look like any of us…"

So I guess that is what Emit meant when he said Cleo’s genes are strong…

"Anyways, I gotta go! I’m going swimming! The rest of us can be found there!"

I nodded and headed over to the venue.  I saw at least 3 of them.

(Not entirely sure what’s going on with this one.  Must be a wild child)

They were always on the move.  I couldn’t get any of them to talk to me.  Then I ran into an older gentleman.

"Hey, I know you don’t know me, but I’m looking for the Bards.  I’m their…umm…great-great…times infinity great ancestor.  Yeah, it’s weird, but—"

"Say no more!  I knew that weird blue-haired guy was up to no good! Get out of here, and don’t fuck anything up for the rest of us!"

Ouch.

I’ve come to the conclusion that my ancestors don’t seem to want anything to do with me, so I headed back to the time portal and back home.
