It's a heart breaker tattoo I found on Tumblr. Excuse the language, on one hand it says "PUSSY" on the other it says "LOVER". I forgot who did it but I could look for it if you want it for your guy Sims.

Oh thanks, and lol it’s okay, I got a potty mouth myself.  I figured it said something like that, but I couldn’t make it out since my eyes are old. :(  I might find a use for it for one of my guy Sims, so if you can look for it, that’d be awesome.
