I’ll be writing down every url that reblogs in a notebook and I’m giving it to my homophobic father.

I need some advice.

So I’ve decided to switch my simblr from a sub blog to a main blog.  As much as I didn’t want to, there are a few things about Tumblr’s way of doing likes and asks that annoy the shit out of me (namely, I don’t get as much traffic because my likes and asks are linked to this main blog [Powered by Caffeine]).  This is something that has been grating on my nerves for a while, and one of the things that stopped me was the 300+ posts I have here.  I have a few options to fix that problem:

1) Start completely anew.  This is not the best idea, since it’d be confusing with certain things, namely my stories.

2) Reblog everything.  Best option I guess, because it’d mean I wouldn’t have to copypasta everything.

3) Copypasta everything.

I should mention that Miss Sim Goddess isn’t going anywhere.  I’m just migrating things, but all further updates would be on the new tumblr, which once I figure out how to do the older updates.  It would get a new name obviously since I can’t reuse this one.

So for those who made the mistake of doing a simblr as a side blog opposed to main: what did you do?

I don’t understand why people get so attached to their sims. They’re just pixels. I’m relieved when a sim passes on from old age.

I am one of those who gets attached to their sims.  

Because when you’re playing a family for as long as you have been, especially when you play the sim from birth (like my legacy heir, Lombardo Tickian) it’s kinda hard NOT to get attached.  I think I will probably cry when Lombardo dies because I have been playing him for a while, and also, most of his younger brothers, being werewolves, will outlive him (hell, his own father might outlive him), which in itself is kinda sad too.

So it seems like it “oh but they’re just pixels”…while that’s true, you have to look at it from the perspective of the “overly attached Simmer”.

Prishe LaRose

Prishe was always that one who stuck out like a sore thumb.  Being a triplet who looks very little like her sisters, Yuna and Aerith, she had an advantage in that no one could mistake her for the others, but she also couldn’t play switch-a-roo with the others either.  Despite that, she didn’t care.  She raised a lot of hell and didn’t care who it hurt in the process.  After meeting Tilly Boulder in college and learning about her past, she realized that her misbehaving wasn’t getting her anywhere and she learned that it could be worse.

Whether or not she fully changes her tune is another story.

Yuna LaRose

Yuna is the triplet of Aerith and Prishe LaRose.  She and Aerith are identical in all but the eye color, and hence was always mistaken for Aerith, and vice versa.  However, unlike Aerith, Yuna was always fawned over, even over achievements that Aerith was responsible for.  She loves her sister and has even corrected people who would give her credit for Aerith’s work, but others thought she was just being modest.
